The Month in Review
I managed to hit the goal of 23 miles per day every day except for five days. I’m sure there was a good reason for those days.
Not a bad trajectory for the month:
It was nice to finish on a high! I may need the miles in February if the snow gods are unkind.
Featured Ride
The last day of the month, and the forecast was for 4 to 8 inches of snow. starting around 5 a.m. It started slow, and I decided to go out at 7:30 a.m. to get in one last ride for the month. I didn’t want to be shut out. Last year, I rode every day except for a 2 day mountain retreat with my wife for our 45th anniversary. I would have brought my bike, but I really don’t like hills.
